If you have concerns about the welfare of a person in custody at HMP Altcourse, you can contact our Safer Custody line on 0151 522 2021 or email ac.safercustody@sodexogov.co.uk. Staff members are able to listen to voicemail messages during the hours of 7:30am until 4pm.

Furthermore, this number is for welfare concerns only, not for general enquiries such as visits information, healthcare or PIN enquiries.
